Our Story.

We started in 2014 as a Regis franchisee. During our early days, we realized that our store's phone system was outdated and uninspiring—it lacked the professional touch needed to make a great first impression on customers. As technology and phone system experts, we decided to take matters into our own hands and develop a superior communication solution for our business.

What started as an internal improvement soon became a game-changer. Seeing the success of our system, we recognized the opportunity to help other franchisees optimize their phone systems as well. This marked the beginning of AVIVAVox as a dedicated VoIP provider.
